Admission Process:
For Classes P.G. to Class U.K.G.
- Candidates must be under 6 years.
- Name and date of birth should be correct.
- Candidates should have passed the previous class (except for P.G. / Nursery).
Required documents to be submitted with the form. (Photocopies)
- A photocopy of the latest mark sheet from the previous class is required (except for P.G./Nursery).
- A photocopy of the Birth Certificate is mandatory.
Parents/Guardians must complete the form carefully, ensuring there are no errors, as the registered name and date of birth will remain unchanged throughout the student’s school years.
For Class 1.
- A photocopy of the latest mark sheet from the previous class is required for admission to Class 1.
- A photocopy of the Birth Certificate is mandatory.
- A character certificate from the previous school is required.
- A correct and active contact number must be provided.
Parents/Guardians must fill out the form accurately, ensuring there are no errors, as the registered name and date of birth will remain fixed throughout the student’s school years.
For Class 11 (Science/Management)
- The distribution of forms will commence after the Secondary Education Examination (SEE).
- Admit Card (issued by the school)
- Class 9 Report Card (photocopy)
- Class 10 Report Card (photocopy)
- SEE Grade-sheet (printout from the internet)
- Character Certificate (photocopy)
- IEMIS Transfer from the previous school.
Class Timings:
For classes 1 to 10: School timings are from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM. Self-walking students should arrive by 9:00 AM.
For classes 11 and 12: School hours are from 6:30 AM to 12:10 PM. Students should arrive by 6:15 AM. Additional classes are also available for students to join after the regular class hours.
Within the school premises, students are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
Uniform and grooming:
- Wear the prescribed school uniform at all times.
- Boys must maintain neatly trimmed hair, avoiding long hairstyles, while girls should have their hair double-plaited neatly with ribbon.
Accessories:
- Do not wear any bracelets, rings, or other distracting jewelry.
Additional Expectations:
- Maintain personal cleanliness and ensure your appearance reflects the school’s standards.
- Respect shared spaces by keeping them tidy and free of clutter.
- Use accessories or personal items that comply with the school dress code.
- Exhibit respectful behavior in all interactions with friends, teachers, and staff.
